I had literally slept zero hours on sunday, and managed to sleep only at 3+am this morning before awakening upon the alarm clock's buzz. However, that few hours of invigorating sleep, intense meditation perhaps, has summoned me to fall under the spell of intermediate awareness beneath that superficiality of Singapore's educational system. Fuck it, screw it, but i just hate this system of our so-called nation's pride to the very damn core. Not all people in my class will get to sit for the A levels. Eventually, some would be asked KINDLY to leave the college or to repeat year 1 whilst the rest would be forced. fuck right? i've seen cases whereby my friends mugged really hard and still end up nowhere. Don't you feel tethered? Can't you awake into realisation of the social jiggery-pokery beneath that fucking superficiality? The smell of hypocrisy arouses at every inch in the society. The government ( pronounced as 'garment' according to my economics teacher) pretends to be so damn morally upright and prestigous, claiming what they've done as for the better of their people. Many argued that the form of governance apparent in Singapore is none other than socio-democracy. I would strongly rebut and reckon that the dominant form of governance would be HYPOCRACY. Yes. they cared for their people indeed. Do they give any damn to those who have done relatively bad for their examinations? Do our society still not depend on qualifications and grades as their inaccurate judgement of one's capabilities? Its not that i hate the government or whatsoever, but its just that to me, studying here is the very rendezvous with fate and perhaps, fatality.
This is what i had for lunch in school today. For those who have totally no idea hows the food here like, this sample says it all. Cheap as well. Only SGD2.30. Bak chor mee gives me stomachache thus out of the topic. Chicken rice.. hm i've got sick of it. Therefore it leaves me with none other than hahal rice only as an available choice.

Okay, i have just renovated my blog alittle and decorated it with some pictures. Nothing much though. Would b figuring out what else to add to it some other day. for now, here it is.
today is tough. afterschool is soccertime as usual. played afew matches. then the ruggers stormed the field with authority, demanding us to stop playing cos they need the entire field for training. cant blame them. after which comes the ritual cycle of hockey training. some of the guys went down to jurong point for dinner after training and we did something silly out of mere boredom. silly. firstly, while ben & i were ordering our 2pc chicken meal at KFC, we got stucked with the word 'preferably'. So it was like this..
Ben: Can we have 2 sets of 2pc chicken meal? And, urm, pre.., pref.., prefe%#^....
Girl: Prefe%#^?!? Urm, what is that you are saying?
Me: Prefera%$#.... (started mumbling as well. I was stucked on the word 'preferably' just like Ben did. Finally I managed to force the word out somehow), preferably breast meat!
Girl: Oh I see, then say so lar. No need to be so shy what.(giggles)
But the idea is that I am not embarrassed to say that 'breast' word out, neither am i shy. Its just that I really got stuck on the word 'preferably'.
The girl then left to pick our chicken pieces for us. Not long after, she returned.
Girl: Urm, I'm so sorry, I've got no breast.
Me: Drumstick?
Girl: No.
Me: Chicken thighs?
Girl: None left. Only left Chicken wings (part of the poor chicken that has the least meat and most bones).
...and the rambling goes on. Okay thats embarrasing. Apart from that, we did many other silly things and so on. So today is tiring, dumb, yet memorable. Hope for a better day ahead tomorrow.
